Your Lint Caesar order includes free shipping.  We use USPS Ground Advantage to send your order and it should arrive between 2-5 business days after we ship your order.  After shipping, we will provide you with the tracking information so you know when it should be arriving.

Please understand that your Lint Caesar is handmade and it may take 3-5 business days before shipping.  On average, you should receive your Lint Caesar order in 5-10 business days.

A Lint Caesar order may be canceled by email at any time before the order has shipped.  Once we have shipped the order, it will become a return if you choose not to keep the items.

You may choose to return or exchange your Lint Caesar order or partial order within 15 days of receiving the order.  You will be responsible for shipping the items back to Lint Caesar unless there is a defect in the item.  Please email us with information about your situation so we may help ensure a smooth process.
